Meredith Kasheta

Meredith Kasheta has worked in client relations and marketing since starting her professional career in 2003. In her roles, she has focused on improving customer communications and satisfaction, driving stakeholder engagement, developing strategic processes and templates, and overseeing communication and marketing efforts. In 2018, Meredith founded The MMC Agency, an award-winning agency based in Orlando, FL, that serves clients through brand development, website design, and strategic marketing.

Meredith is a published author and speaker and has contributed to various magazines, industry papers, book compilations, and conferences.

David DiLena

David has spent over 20 years in the financial industry managing multi-million dollar budgets for numerous clients and partners. His experience as CFO and Financial Director has led to the development of streamlined processes to assess, analyze, correct, and manage budgets necessary for organizational success. He is the current owner of Projected Point, where he and his team developed a software solution that converts raw data into valuable, interactive information that informs successful decisions and outcomes for clients.

David is a licensed CPA and continues his work helping clients navigate the world of financial management, growth, reporting, compliance, and sales.

Jerry Connolly

Jerry has over 20 years of experience in water and wastewater operations and management and has owned Venture Mechanical Contractors since 2015. His expertise includes the analysis and oversight of capital projects from the engineering and design phase to the execution and management of both construction and ongoing operations.

Jerry has supported organizations such as the Illinois Department of Transportation, Aqua America, Inc, and Government Services Group which manages operations for the Florida Governmental Utility Authority. He is a member of the American Water Works Association and is a licensed Engineer in Illinois and Florida. He has also held licenses for water and wastewater operations in multiple states.
